Clean place with SUPERB rooms and staff. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Found in a peaceful part of the town. Besides, it was a 10-15 minute walk from downtown, that worked for us.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It's only a short distance to Momoyama Ramen Bar, good for a little drink. In addition, the free parking was onsite;))
